Jenna Doe has taken over! A 21-year-old singer and songwriter from Ontario, Canada, Jenna is a multi-talented musician. She is currently studying music at Berklee College of Music in Boston.
When Jenna is not studying, she spends her time writing music, listening to Taylor Swift, Conan Gray, and Phoebe Bridgers, and, of course, crushing on girls who she knows are bad for her.
In her previous tracks, her obsession with "wicked" girls motivated many of her songs, and her new track titled "Pink Slips" embodies exactly this feeling. While blaming someone who adheres to all social norms, Doe sees the polar opposite as romantic. After all, Doe asks, "where'd the fun be if it weren't for a little risk?"
Her song "Pink Slips" is featured at the top of the indie underground and channeling my inner kat. Indie Underground is dedicated to finding artists like Jenna that represent the new generation of diverse music.
It was an honor to interview Jenna, who will influence the indie scene for years to come. The music that Jenna created has also been featured on Spotify: Lorem, Et Alt, and indie pop and chill.
